- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact.

Refund Process:

- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund request.
- We may ask you to provide photos of the product to verify its condition, especially if the product is defective or damaged.
- Return the Product:
- If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
- Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Processing the Refund:

- Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid via credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within the next billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Items:

Exchanges:
